Hi there friends of me! I just thought I would take a minute to tell you about my latest daredevil stunt. Early Friday morning, I was sleeping like..well, like a baby. I must have been having a dream about mountain climbing or I have inherited Mommy's sleepwalking or something because I got a rude awakening when my body made a resounding thump on my bedroom floor. I fell like four feet, landing almost on my head. Needless to say, I was very scared, and Mommy and Daddy were even more scared than me...and they hadn't fallen or anything!!! I didn't hurt myself, just a little bump on my noggin, but Mommy and Daddy are taking no chances. I'm going to start sleeping in a big-boy toddler bed, which is only about a foot from the floor, so there won't be any more high altitude acrobatics on my part. I doubt if Mommy and Daddy ever sleep again...poor things, they're such worry warts!!!
Well, that's all for now. I just wanted to inform you of my stunt!

"In The Unlikely Story That Is America, There Has Never Been Anything False About Hope"
Okay, I realize that I'm a little young to be deciding my party affiliation, and I also recognize that because I'm only one and unable to type, Mom's political views may intertwine a bit with my blog. That being said, this video and the speech made in it is inspiring, regardless of your own personal political opinions, which you are entitled to have. I invite you to put aside politics and just listen to the words.

Who? Who! HOOTERS!!!
We went to this place the other night called Hooters. Dad says we were only there for the articles...Whatever! I was there for the food, and the girls weren't too tough on the eyes either!!!
First, I was befitted with my very own Hooters bib.
Then there was food...
And I ate...
And I ate deep fried dill pickles out of Mommy's hand...
And when my hot dog came, I tried to eat the bun, but I'm not big on carbs...
I'm more like Daddy...a meat and potatoes kind of guy!
Pickles aren't bad either...
I'll even eat my peanut butter crackers dipped in ranch dressing!!!
After dinner, I was swarmed by beautiful women. I really liked this brunette behind me!
The ladies loved me!

Let Me Not Eat Cake...Again!!!
Okay, so let me explain myself. On February 5th, I had a perfectly good birthday. There were presents, there was Meme, and there was cake. What more does a boy need?!
I had alot of fun with my cake! It was made out of two cupcakes with lots of green icing on it to make it look like a puppy, and I ate the WHOLE thing!
The next day, however, was another story. I was bitten by the stomach bug, and he's a nasty little monster! Because I, and everyone else in the family, was so sick, we had to reschedule my official birthday party. But Nana came over, and we rocked and napped, awwww! Just like in the good ol' days, I made sure to spit up on her a couple of times, but Nana's a champ, and she helped nurse me back to my normally bouncy self!
We rescheduled my party, and can you believe it??? We had hot dogs!!! My favorite!
Mom made this really cool cake. My birthday party was racecar themed, so she had a bunch of cars driving around on my cake. Oh, and on the bottom, those aren't REALLY tires...they're Oreo cookies...Mom's such a clever devil!
As good as that cake looked, after my experience with green icing and the stomach bug, I wasn't too keen on the idea of eating cake. In fact, I'm not so sure I'll ever eat cake again!
Cousin Riley-Cate was there and she was festive. She can already walk by herself, but she was racing around in my walker, just for fun. Riley-Cate's a hoot!
After everyone, excluding me of course, had cake, it was time to open presents. I got alot of really neat things. One of my favorite presents was from Aunt Laney, Uncle Jason, and Riley-Cate. It's this refridgerator magnet farm house that you can make different combinations of animals with. I like to push the frog buttons over, and over, and over, and over, and over....=0)
I also really loved my dinosaur from Miss Brenda and Mr. Gene Perkins. I mostly like to chew on his tail!
And then there's Snuggle Time!! This bear laughs, and I always give her big hugs. Right next to Mommy, she's one of my best friends!
So my birthday was a success, but I'm hoping that next year there won't be a stomach virus involved. Maybe I'll be ready to eat cake again someday, but it won't be any day soon!
